He's not eating...
I even tried giving him some canned food to entice him to eat, but he just wasn't interested. He's still playing tons, no diarreha, or anything like that. He's drinking plenty of water. It's just killing me that he won't eat more than a couple of pieces of food a day... He's only 8 months old - could teething do this possibly?? |

| It may be the heat and heavy air even being inside with the a/c.... have you taken his temp?
Hopefully everything is ok... is is normal for dogs to go off their food occasionally, but I'm a worrier too and would probably go to the vet just to be safe. He may have something in his teeth. Is he pooping normally, not constipated? |
| Hopefully it's just the heat. Will Jasper eat a special treat or something he doesn't get often? We had a few days this summer where nobody would eat, just a few treats. Once it cooled off a little they were back to normal.
Please let us know how he's doing. |
| I didn't get a chance to take him to the vet. I have strept throat right now, so I've been feeling pretty miserable. Jasper, on the other hand, has finally decided to eat again...and he's definitely making up for lost time! Once the antibiotics for me kick in, I'll probably still run him by the vet's office to make sure all is well. |
