That sounds good-- and even something I could do! |
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
it's on the menue for tonight!!!! |
Thanks for dressing idea. Always looking for something new.
As for tomato salad, is there anything better than fresh tomato slices, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese slices with EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)..........and maybe a little lemon juice........maybe? |
Being Italian, fresh tomato salad is one of my favorites. We made it very simply, though, but it's oh so good!
All we have in our salad is tomatoes drizzled with EVOO and topped with grated Romano cheese. Plain, simple, and DELISH!!! Getting hungry for it just typing it! Chris |
Where's the Buffalo Mozzarella? |
M.mmmm I think I would like it better with pasta instead of lettuce...lol... |
Ron, we trade the mozzarella for the Romano. Don't get me wrong - I LOVE mozzarella cheese, but I like my tomato salad with just the grated cheese instead.

Some diced day-old bread would also be a great addition. The bread would soak up all the juices. YUM! |
