Hey Elissa,I know Im not online hardly any more,summer is a busy time for us here,BUT come winter my cold butt will be here online 7days a week.hehe!!I also forgot to adress someone else on here,and thats karen.She and I met when I was back in Minnesota and she is just the neatest person.Karen thanks so much for your kind words all the many times i needed them.You and Mike are so cute and just so loving that i can NOT wait til you buy your home and get your very own OES  .Im excited for ya!!Im one of those people who feels that if every person told differnt people they know or just people who made some kind of impact on them just exactly what their kind actions or words did for them,well i made it my duty to make sure all the people who have brighten my day or someone who was kind too me,too make sure that person knows how much it meant too me.I know it may sound corny,but if people did that this world would be alot happier.I think people are quick to jump on someones mistakes,or its easier to make a negative comment than it is too say something kind.So i have had so many wonderful people right here on this forum who have helped me in some way,and I just wanted to tell those people I really appreciate every word. |

I too agree with mouthypf. After my daughter was born. I made sure to send letters to thank all the people that made it possible. (my Hubby thought it was crazy, but after having 4 miscarriages.. I felt it neccessary) I sent a letter to the Pharmacy that made the Progesterone, which helped me retain the pregnancy. If it weren't for the Progesterone I wouldn't have made it past three month. I also included a picture for them to see the little miracle they helped bring into this world. Surprisingly, I got a card back from them welcoming her to the world, and saying they were all very happy for the part they played. I thought that was really sweet. I also sent one to my OBGYN in Mission Viejo. She got me through the 20 weeks mark. She had also seen through two of those miscarriages (the other two were before my son was born) and made sure she saw me every two weeks for the first three month. Lastly I sent one to the Dr's that saw me through the final months of my pregnancy and my emergency C-section. I felt all these people deserved to be thanked and not just verbally, but in a letter. It seems to mean more. I know it is probably not something everyone would do. But I was so grateful to have my happy healthy baby girl. Elissa |

After reading your post, it is wonderful that you wrote to these people. If only we would all say thank you all the time..........maybe there'd be no time for unkind words. Here I go......It's wonderful for us to thank one another, but let's not forget to give thanks to the Lord, whom makes ALL things possible. God bless all. |

| I have to agree w/ the whole ALWAYS saying thank you,or do ALWAYS make sure when someone does or say something kind you make sure that person KNOWS what their kind words or action did for you.Elissa,im sure you made all those medical professionals VERY happy w/ your gratitude,yeah it is their job,however recieving a special thank you really makes their jobs easier.I agree mouthy,being kind makes for a better world,and trust me I thank God every day for my beautiful,happy,healthy childern.Im so glad too see there are so many other wonderful people out in the world who practice what I do.Thank you |
