I have no experience with this type of thing, but just wanted to say that I hope your boy is okay and back to his normal, sweet, silly self very soon. |
Will keep you and Mojo in my thoughts today! Hope he's better soon.

Wishing Mojo a speedy recovery, please let us know
when he is home. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Mojo, he'll be home soon -give him a big sheepie hug for us... |
Thank you for the well wishes. Mojo came home last night. He has two extra incisions. He looked so miserable. Had trouble getting up and down. He seems much better this morning. Still moving slow but he's trying to look happy. Should hear by the first of the week about the pathology. Hope they got what they went after and that's the end of it. |
I hope so as well.
Our Jake came to us as a rescue, and the vet's papers said "The (right?) testicle was small and hard to find" leading us to believe that it had been found and removed. It hadn't. http://forum.oes.org/viewtopic.php?p=8970#8970 If your guy is aggressive/dominant and stays that way, suspect they didn't get'em both. If later in life he starts to develop nipples, or a thinning coat, hyperpigmentation or a mottled appearence of his skin, and/or lethargy these could be warning signs of a Sertoli tumor. But don't worry about these things now. Really. Just keep it in the back of your head just in case he ever gets sick. |
Good news. Heard from the vet this morning. Report says they removed all of the undeveloped testicle. So glad he doesn't have to go through anything else. |
Glad Mojo is feeling better!!!! |
That IS good news! I'm glad he's feeling better, too and that he won't have to undergo any more surgeries/tests.
