He's just too cute to have his final years end in a shelter. I really have a soft spot for the seniors. I should try to start senior sheepie retirement community. Or better yet, convince my brother with the farm to do it. . . |

| That was just really depressing for me to see. I love sheepies so much but because I am failing when it comes to getting any kind of job, I cannot afford an apartment that will alllow pets and do not have the fincancial means to support this sheepie. It really makes me want to cry since I really want to help this guy get out of his current predicament. |

| When Second Chance gets the 501c3 status in from the IRS we are going to set up a Foundation For The Older Babies. I have 6 here now with me that are not adoptable either because of age or health reasons. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!! I worked with the Elderly for years as a Social worker. There isn't any difference in working with an Senior Upright and an Senior 4 legged Baby. Just less Family and Goverment Involvement with the 4 legged Senior Babies. Which is Very Sad!!!!!!!! No one wants them.....I DO!!!!!!!!! If they can have a few months or a few years of Love, a soft bed, good food and Attention before they pass over the bridge THEN IT DOESN"T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! | Kaye youa nd second Chance are the best!! We had a senior girl that died last year at 14, she was wonderful, we had her for 13 years!! They do deserve more!! |
| I might have confused some of you about Beasley. I talked to the lady at the shelter and had some one in the area to foster him. But a lady from another town adopted him. So Second Chance did not place him from the shelter. Sorry if I didn't make that clear. Kaye Second Chance OES Rescue |
