SCAM breeder?

Hi, my family is looking to adopt an OES puppy. We discovered a breeder in South Carolina. We live in Canada so we have no idea if this breeder is legit. The site is oespuppiesforsale.com we are just questioning their legitimacy as they are offering very quick delivery which is the biggest red flag for us. Thank you in advance!
