I have 2 pin brushes, a metal tooth comb, a slicker, which I rarely use, and a rake. I use lice combs for the eye gunk, works wonders, no more finger fighting! And I use a human Wahl designer shaver for the body. My grooming table cupboard is full of stuff, but those are pretty much all I use. And I bought a full length grooming arm. Love it, from amazon. |
Thanks for the reply. What is a "full length grooming arm"? Sprocket sits and lets me do his eyes and ears but try to brush or even stroke a leg and he hides them under himself by laying on them. xx xx |
The arm extends from one side of the table to the other, clamps on either end, noose for the neck, and for the rear. Keeps the dog standing. Harry loves it, and eagerly climbs the table at grooming time now, which was a far cry from the fighting and noise he was doing before. Was 200 Canadian on Amazon, and we'll made, as he still sometimes tries to sit, or wiggle. He is over 80lbs now at almost a year old. So it is durable! https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B076345T6 ...
