| Haha, just clicked on the title, Lol! At that age, I would not allow the dog on the bed, and would restart crate training. The dog is not housebroken period, and needs to start from square one. I would not allow this dog to roam free, and would have it tethered to me when in the home. |
| Have you had it checked for a uti? I also would rather a dog be crated than poop on a bed. It takes so many rights to fix a wrong, I wouldn't give the pup anymore chances to go in the home! |
| I'd definitely get her to the vet and check for a uti or any other issues. Are you taking her out before you leave? How big is her crate? |
| I wouldn't rule out a uti but that doesn't really explain the pooping. It sounds more like separation anxiety. Please remember dogs don't do things out of revenge so it isn't reactive to you leaving and coming home. Just an anxious behavior, imo. Start from square one like someone said above, and add in some confidence builders and some alone time activities that will distract the dog while you are gone. Shellie |
