Booster time

Hello all. Just back from the vet's with Sprocket= just yearly booster etc. He is in good health, same small heart murmur, had front feet nails trimmed, temp taken (does not like that bit and sits down very heavy as if glued to the floor) had a small bald patch on tail that is what happens to intact males apparently, where they secreat whateverit is hormone wise, just keep clean and moist as dry skin goes flakey. Got 6 worm tabs, box of the new frontect that is better on tics as got nastier ones around now I am told(cheaper than the old Frontline). Val is a lovely lady- doesn't charge a consultant fee as paying for other bits. She has seen to all our 4 sheepies and our daughter's also (Dylan had booster yesterday). Thought make an interesting bit of reading- could start a BOOSTER thread? xx :tea:

Well I tried!! We didn't use to get our 1st dog a yearly booster etc as hubby's family had never done it. Guess was lucky that didn't get something nasty, maybe the world was a "cleaner place to live" in the "old days". xx

I don't booster yearly..I'm looking into titre testing.

Bloo has a bald patch on his tail base too! Stud tail someone said it's called.. The Vet said keep bathing it, some hormone gland there or something.. He's entire too
