2015 OESCA National Specialty Rescue & Therapy Dog Parades

Looking for a few OES rescue dogs and therapy dogs to join us in Erie, PA on September 18th for the OESCA Rescue & Therapy Dog Parades. Rescue dogs must be adoptees from a legitimate rescue organization or shelter. Therapy/Service dogs must be certified through a legitimate therapy or service dog organization.

We are extending the entry date to allow all wishing to participate a chance to join in the fun. All entrants will be awarded a rosette and goodie bag.
