| Do you have something in mind for the t-shirts? When I did Sheepiepalooza shirts, there were predetermined ideas and limitations. If you want something particular, I can try to do it, but if you don't already have something in mind, I do. Would you want the date and/or year on it (That was a "no" from Sheepiepalooza)? Is there a particular color (or a choice of a few colors) shirt you were hoping for? If you could go white or a very light color, I could get a full-color design. If you want a "stronger" color, we could do like the sheepiepalooza shirt (white,black and gray). Looking forward to doing it, Randy P.S. If you want a sample of a full-color design, I can send one or more to you. |
| I just saw this. I haven't been on in a long time. Is there more information about Sheepiefest anywhere? I just retired June 1 so now I will be able to go to Sheepie get togethers. Carley says she is ready to meet other Sheepies. I was driving 3 hours each day to work and back and I haven't had a life for the last 2 years. I am looking forward to FUN during retirement. |
| Schoolmarm, there is a SheepieFest! Facebook group that you can join if you do FB. SheepiesFest! will be August 30 at Best Friends Pet Care 22096 N Pet Ln, Prairie View, IL 60069 (It's really on Aptakisic Road which is very close to Lincolnshire). Don't know if time has been determined but it's usually 12-5. We will be doing a silent auction or raffle to benefit Midwest OES Rescue. Everyone brings food to share. Standard attendance is about 25 people and 30+ sheepies or whatever dog you wish to bring. Debcram and I have been very disorganized so it looks like there will be no t-shirts. Raffle items include (but are not limited to): a set of 4 seasonal sheepdog decorative flags, a "my sheepie broke it and I have to fix it" basket consisting of a tool kit and a bottle of Scotch, a painting donated by Mick John in England, and as yet to be determined items. Watch this space for further news.! |
| The official SheepieFest!11 time is 11-3. We have great raffle prizes. Food and sheepies galore! Can't wait to see everyone. |
