SheepieFest Update????

| The update is in the general SheepieFest!10 thread. We had a record crowd. I counted 40 uprights and probably as many dogs although it was hard to count because they didn't stop moving! Our raffle raised over $800 for Midwest OED Rescue. One of Cindy's co-workers won the Bulls tickets. Tables were groaning with food. The weather was perfect--60s and sunny. Darrow (he does exist!), Nita and Von came from Indiana, and several cheeseheads (Wisconsin-ites) also attended. Maybe Cindy will post some of her pictures, especially the sheepdog cupcakes. Suzanne from WI made cupcakes, iced in white with some coconut, used mini M&Ms for eyes, a Junior Mint for the nose and a snip of red Twizzler for the mouth. I'm assuming they were delicious, but sheepdog nabbed mine off a table so I didn't get to sample. The weird thing is last year nobody brought water and we were all thirsty. This year there were 3 cases of water, but only about 8 bottles were drunk. Hmmmmm..... |
