Hi everybody! I haven't been to this site in such a long time. I joined back in 2005 when we got our first ever sheepdog, his name is Max. I can't tell you how much support this forum gave me and the whole family. I learned so much from all the experienced people here. Max will be 10 years old in December, it's hard to believe he is now in his older years! He's definitely changing and facing some new challenges, so I found myself looking this place up again, as I've never dealt with an aging dog. Anyway, it is lots of fun to see all the pictures of fellow sheepies, they are so darned cute! It's very nice to meet you all and I'll continue to check in and see what's happening. I'll have to update my picture too, as Max has changed a bit!!

Glad Max is still with you, it is a different issue when they are aging.
Having dogs my entire life, it's not a new phase for our house. Right now I have 1 who is 16, and 3 who are 8-9 yrs...so more on my horizon. |

| How funny... Sharon, you joined right before I did and Max is just a few weeks older than Bailey. I haven't been here in a while either, and was just looking at some of my first posts, and you brought up that similarity 9 years ago. Time flies! |
