I can't wait! There will be lots of playing this year because we are going to have a lot of young dogs in attendance. Many of them are three years or younger...... Teddy, Charm, Murphy, Bond, Lyra, Fred, Declane, Helene, Bert, Willow and five of Willow's siblings!!!! It will be so good to see everyone again and meet some of you face to face for the first time. |
Yay!!! These youngsters will have so much fun....and our oldsters may need an extra joint supplement or two from trying to keep up with them. |
Please don't tell me Chewie might be the Old Man in attendance. |

Unfortunately, Harry thinks he is "in charge" of Bert so Bert more often than not gets tumbled and rolled. I am working on that. He has yet to try that on Willow and I hope for his sake that he doesn't. Otherwise he will be one sorry Sheepdog. |

At our last big day long event (Our TCOESC meeting and play day at The Paw), he ran around like he was still Bond's age....and he was moving a little slow the next day. He refuses to admit he's 8 and not just turned 2! |
Quote: and he was moving a little slow the next day sounds like me getting out of the pool today..........I know better than to do certain kicks and am being reminded the rest of this day. I feel your pain Chewie. |

I feel your pain Chewie. I know that one too. He and I are running in a 3 day agility trial this Friday - Sunday. |

I'm getting in late Thursday. I had planned to leave here Thursday morning. But then I spaced out what day it was, and scheduled Chewie and Riley's therapy dog eye exams for 9am at the U of M vet college in St Paul. That's 1.5 hours NORTH! So realistically, I won't be on the road south until afternoon . It's 8 hours of driving time for us. Cindy was planning on driving to IL near the MO border, near the agility trial we are in Friday morning - so she will be over to St Louis with Judi and I after the agility trial on Friday. |

Well age is relative - or should I say maturity. Somehow I don't ever see Harry ever slowing down.... at least not if he has a choice. I really can't wait to see everyone again. And meet some new faces. By the end of the weekend we usually have some new friends and that is always nice. |

Yes, I'll be coming down on Thursday but staying at the Red Roof Inn in Troy, IL which is near Glen Carbon, IL where the agility trial is on Friday. So I won't be checking in at the Pear Tree hotel on Friday until after the trial. I have no idea what time that will be since any trial I've done so far, Novice is last so I'm there until the end of the trial. This trial has a few rings going at the same time I believe so hopefully, it won't be such a long day for us. I can't wait to see everyone in a few weeks!!!! Cindy |
Although I am working on Thursday..... I took off on Friday, and will be at the PearTree on in the morning. Depending on who will be in on Thursday, and what time, I may just 'run' over to see the early arrivals!!!!! I just can't wait to see all MY sheepiebabies...and get kisses and sheepie hugs from them!!!! OH...and I want to see the uprights too...(I guess)..... Anyone who wants a visit????? Just call me ...... |

We are going to drive down Friday morning. Taylor will probably want to get up about 4:30am, so we could be leaving quite early |
I was hoping to zip in and join in on the fun...but I do not think I will make it Boarding here is at a premium and my fosters have no where to go ( I would have brought my 3 to the event) everyone have a great time and I will drool over all the pictures!!! |
