| He's aware that you'll come running when he barks and give him the attention he craves. By doing this you are rewarding and reinforcing bad behavior. Some tough love is required here, earplugs help or moving his bed/crate to another room and closing the door works. After a while puppies learn that barking at bedtime gets them nowhere. |
