Violet Jewel grew angel wings this morning
 grew angel wings this morning. We are lost without her. We've been blessed with 11.2 years with her, but it wasn't enough. I guess it never is.I will be doing a proper tribute for her in a few days. I just have to catch my breath again. She has been greatly loved. RIP my angel...till we meet again |

THE OLD ENGLISH SHEEPDOG I will lend you, for a little while, a sheepdog pup God said, for you to love him while he lives and mourn for when he's dead. He'll bring his charms to gladden you and (should his stay be brief) You'll always have his memories as solace for your grief. I cannot promise he will stay, since all from earth return But there are lessons taught below I want this pup to learn. I've looked the whole world over in search of teachers true And from the folk that crowd life's land I have chosen you. Now will you give him all your love nor think the labour bain Nor hate me when I come to take my bobtail back again I fancied that I heard them say "Dear Lord Thy Will be Done" for all the jobs this pup will bring, the risk of grief we'll run. I've been away from the forum for a few days, and so I'm just now seeing this. I am SO very sorry for your loss of your precious Violet. I knew she was weak but I didn't realize she was so far gone. Prayers and hugs being sent for you while you grieve. The Rainbow Bridge is getting too crowded lately. Please, God - make it stop. |

| Helen, I know I'm way late here but I'm so sorry to hear about Violet and China. To lose both so close is devastating. You'll never forget them but I hope each day is getting a little easier. |
