Poor Amy...
They have two or three favorites that both dogs really enjoy. Amy will steal a favorite chew toy from Opal, but Opal has figured Amy out. Amy steals the toy. Opal gets a less favored toy out and gets really excited about it. She'll roll on her back, she'll take the toy and show it to everyone in the room, she'll bark and really act like its a great toy. Amy will steal it from her, leaving Opal to go get the toy that she wanted in the first place. Amy is thrilled she got this second toy away from Opal, and Opal gets her favorite back. Opal also plays Amy when it comes to getting pets and love. Amy will mug in of she thinks that Opal is getting more attention than her. Opal will then run to the front bedroom and start barking at the window. Amy will run to the front bedroom to see what Opie was barking at. Then Opal will run out and go back to the petting person to get her loves while Amy is still trying to figure out what we are barking about. Love these goofy dogs. |
