| I've been eating raw cookie dough all my life and I don't think I've ever been sickened by it. He'll, we used to eat raw ground beef (meatball or meatloaf mix) when my uncle (a butcher) used to supply us with meat. Never got sick. |

| There are alot of people who eat raw cookie dough and don't get sick. My sister in law eats raw hamburger and doesn't get sick. I wonder if you build an immunity to it like you do when you get innoculated? |

| I eat raw cake or cookie dough if I am making stuff, I use organic eggs, hopefully better than regular eggs. I wouldn't eat the store bought raw cookie dough or pastry. My grandma ate raw bacon and got a tape worm  it didn't gross her out as much as my parents  we weren't allowed to eat any raw meat. |

| I much prefer the cookie dough to most cookies. Ditto batter as I'm not wild about cakes. I don't know what is best; brownie batter, choc chip cookie dough, oatmeal cookie dough.........etc. Hey, didn't must of us oldsters break thermometers just so we could play with the mercury?? Better yet get the stuff in chemistry class and shine up your dimes!! Now mercury spill requires evacuation and a HAZMAT call out. |
