OES playdate in Minnesota!
We are planning a fall club get together at the Paw, in Mankato. For those who have not attended in the past, it is a wonderful facility and it's a fun dog and family day. The date we have reserved is Sunday, November 17th, from 10am to 2pm. The Paw is located at 1741 Premier Drive, Mankato, MN 56001. It is on the north east side of Mankato, near the intersection of US Hwy 14 and MN Hwy 22. The web site is: http://www.thepawmankato.com/ We will have use of the Training Center (padded rubber floor surface, gymnasium sized), Playground #1 (outdoor running and play space with padded astroturf - no mud ever!) and the kitchen. Dogs will have a chance to run and play, we will have a potluck lunch, and a club meeting. Also - this event is open to potential and interested new members, as well as current club members. If you are a sheepdog owner, or even just considering one and want to meet a bunch of them, come and check it all out! Please note: This years Paw event will not include CGC or TDI testing as we've done in the past. However we will look into future possibilities for these testing opportunities. If interested or have questions - just let me know here and I will check back and answer them. |

| I have not be on the site for a while - and now I learned my lesson. I would have loved to come. It sounds great and we are only 2 1/2 hours from Mankato. We always stop at the doggie park there on our way to the Twin Cities. Hope you all had fun. Maybe next time Kirby and I will be there. |

We had a good time - a full dozen sheepdogs and us humans attended. Wonderful potluck too!  If you are coming through Mankato again - let me know. If I'm off work we could meet you at the dog park. It's about 20 minutes from my house. |
| Oh that sounds like so much fun. Kirby has only seen on other Sheepie - in Wisconsin. I will let you now; when we stop in Mankato again. It would be great. Thanks -Lu Ann |
