2 cups carrots chopped 2 inch knob ginger peeled and chopped or same amount picked ginger if you prefer 1/2 cup peanut oil, important to use peanut oil or doesn't taste as good 1 tablespoon ketchup 1-2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1/2 lemon juiced 2 tablespoons mayo salt and pepper to taste. You can put it on salad or cold slaw or as a sauce for shrimp or chicken . Great if you're dieting because it has so much flavor and a little goes a long way. |

Thank you, ginger is my favorite dressing. It is so piquant and unique. I have been using Marketplace (walmart)brand of Asian Sesame Ginger, and its superb. Cannot wait to try this. It brings salad to a whole new level |
