It's one of the old dog situations that one has to deal with.........sigh. Hope this doesn't become the norm. |

I've been going through a similar situation with Violet. I call her a Pez dispenser. She doesn't bother to "get in position" for her #2's anymore, she just walks along and drops, sometimes near the doggy door on the inside. She does, however, go in position for #1s. I'm sure that is has to do with her hd. Other than that she seems to get around pretty well. About once a day, if she doesn't have her shoes on, I had to help her off the floor, but other than that she's doing better than she was a few months ago. I hope Harry's presents are few and far between. |
Pez dispenser, perfect! Harry being a boy doesn't have to squat for #1 but barely gets his foot out of the way. Jack had a modified horse stance for #1. I worry about H's panting, either breathing difficulty or pain. When he lies down it stops which makes me think more likely pain. We can't up his pain meds for fear of the tumor bleeding and aspirating into his lungs. argh. They are such good old soldiers......gotta love 'em. to Violet |
Gotta love the oldsters. Harley is started to be a Pez as well.... |
