PULLED UP A 6 INCH STRIP OF CARPET!!!!  Its right in the middle of the entry way between the foyer and great room.... I feel soooo bad!!!!!! I have until Monday night to think of a good way to break the news... wish me luck!  |

| Better is to call a carpet place and have it fixed before they come home. Those guys can work wonders with the tape and iron. |

Oh no  And I hope she didn't ingest any of the carpet either. Carpet can do big damage as it goes through. I personally know a couple dogs who have died from it, and that is so much worse than trying to explain to your parents what happened to their carpet. |

| Just curious, was it Berber carpeting? Always seemed to be a perfect toy for our animals. I agree with Dave, call the carpet store, they do re"whatever" with small sections, 6" may be beyond them but it is worth a call. They may also have ideas. IF a section can be "matched" as best as possible, you can put in a patch. In the mean time, Fred says she is sorry but don't leave her unattended again. She wants all your attention. |
