Finding herding instinct testing sites
It would be nice to find a place nearby as it's difficult to travel with everything going on. |

Come down to St Louis for Nationals....there is AKC instinct testing being done at Purina...your vehicle already knows the way!  Seriously - the instinct test has "day of" entries available. Otherwise - I would check out the websites of AKC and AHBA (American Herding Breed Assoc). They will both list upcoming tests. Or if you have any local groups of herding breeds - they might be sponsoring some instinct tests. |
| There is a woman in southern PA. We all went there a few years ago but I now forget the name of the farm. Her first name was Carolyn- raspberry farms? Someone on this forum will remember. About ten of us went...Also you can google sheep herding or herding clubs and some places will come up. I would be interested too if not too far away. |
| Mark I had to do a lot of digging here. Nothing really came up for me on google that wasn't cattle related. I finally found a place through the Nashville Dog Training Club where I do other training. If you have a local dog training club or facility, contact them and likely they will know where to direct you to look. |
