UTI and spontaneous urination in male puppy

Has anyone had experience with a UTI in a male OES? My OES is 5 months old and we used antibiotics to clear it up. However, since then he has had 3 episodes of spontaneous urination while walking. Several have suggested it could be a problem with is bladder, kidneys, adrenals or perhaps some disease common in OES, possibly Cushings Disease. I welcome information.
