incidentally, the actual song for those who don't know is my girl likes to party all the time. |
|
Been there, done that!!!! Different song different words!!!! |
Every song is about the Floof:
She's always a Floofdog to me Cause she's a FLOOF Dog, she's mighty floofy, just lettin' it all hang out Sing us a song, you're the Floofy Dog Apparently Billy Joel knows my girl the best. J |
"Oh Panda, I love you......" (think Mandy), then I make up the rest of the words |
You must remember this, a kiss is just a kiss............
* singing off key * |
You guys are cracking me up! |
Hey How about this for the floofinator:
"You're a floofdog, but you've gone too far, and you know it doesn't matter anyway.... You can rely on your big nose honey, You can rely on your old mom's money" Apologies to Hall and Oates "Rich Girl" |
LMAO |
My mother used to sing to her dog, Max. They weren't songs so much as elongated rhymes.. Things such as, and I quote....
“ me and max we don’t pay tax he doesn’t wear slacks eats pancakes by the stacks etc...” |
too funny |
Ok... I'll admit it; I sing the "Tasker the friendly goat" (Casper the friendly ghost) song |
I think it's really funny that a lot of us actually sing to our dogs..... I know one of the reasons that I sing to Panda is that she doesnt tell me to stop (Husband) throw pens at me (office) cry from laughter (office), not one howl!!! One of the nice thing though is at least my twin and I can harmonize together(badly ) Panda LOVES momma singing!! |
I always assumed I'd be committed if I admitted to any of the things that I've said to my dogs...
I like to sing Clyde the song from South Park when Cartman was pretending to be a cowboy from the Wild, Wild West movie. Wikki wikki wik wik wikki wikki wik. At the end Cartman sings about his stuffed animal Clyde Frog so I guess that's where I got it from. |
My singing makes the dogs jump on me and try to knock me over so I'll shut up Just because I have no talent doesn't mean they should be rude. |
Last night as I was preparing to take Frodo out for a walk I started singing "Let's get this potty started right, let's get this potty started quickly, right...." obviously a take on "lets get this party started right". But Frodo got so excited from my copious use of the "P" word that he went potty on the floor in the hallway.
I guess I'll have to keep the "P" word and more importantly, my songs, to myself until we get outside. |
Too funny |
LMAO
Brings to mind the saying, be careful what you wish for!!!! |
When I get ready to give bed time treats I sing treat, treat, treat Rockin Robin . I don't sing too loudly though, the dogs won't howl because they want the treat, but hearing a grown man howl is an awful thing. |
I can't imagine NOT singing to our dogs! I sing to my cat, too. I even make up poems rhyming with their names: "His name is Riley, and he is smiley" - goofy stuff like that. Not much rhymes with Truman, however... |
OK if we are doing confessions: my poor little Boo has to listen to OOI'M 'ENERY THE EIGHTH OI AM, 'ENERY THE EIGHTH .... [crooned in his face completely off key with a terrible Cockney accent.] Terrible song, sticks in my head and I can't get it out. |
You guys are hilarious.....lol.... |
"hey, hey, hey, he's my Bobinator!" Don't remember the real words for that song.
