However, one of our TDI chapter member dogs has this going on, and she is very ill. I seem to remember there was a post not that long ago, that someone's OES had this happen. Can anyone remember the post, or what condition the dog had?? She belongs to a super sweet 18 yr old girl...she loves her Mya. Thanks much! |

The dog didn't accidentally get into any medication while on a therapy dog visit, did it? I have noticed a pill once or twice on my visits and now I am very vigilant about keeping an eye out (and relieved that I don't have a beagle or some other super sniffer dog who is closer to the ground). Fingers crossed that her dog gets well quickly! |
I don't recall the post but I was absent for so long. Sending good thoughts to the poor dog. It scared me when I saw who posted this. I was worried about your crew. |
No, she didn't eat anything, and she is pretty confident in that. Alex hasn't come to many visits lately as Mya has been healing up from a benign growth she had removed from her pad area. - but that was several months ago. And Alex (female) was home schooled and now goes full time to a local Christian college. Mya is her baby. Alex is also teaching clicker training classes at The Paw....same place as me. She's very mature and conscientious, and she's so worried. Mya's a yellow lab mix (looks like a slightly small lab), and about 5 yrs old. She has been very athletic - they also compete in obedience, rally and agility. |
