hi suzi...I had a question for you...I have posted Oscar on my site but I am getting no interest ..I am sure it Is because he comes with a warning label...he needs to be in a home with no kids not because he is mean but because kids don't get that he has spacial issues and needs to invite being petted ..I feel Oscar is very loving an would do great in a home with one or two adults..he loves to be petted and loved on but you have to give him time to know you..not just run up to him...he WILL bite strangers but I don't mean he chases ppl down to bite them..they can be around him.just not put hands on..that is why I feel he would do best in a home with a fenced yard..to protect him from ppl saying oh he is so cute and petting him..he just wants common courtesy ..but you know how ppl are they don't respect a dogs space then they cry when he says no by nipping...I am wondering if you posted on the oes if it would help find the right adopter ...I would appreciate any suggestions or helps..thanks char more info |
Where did this boy originally come from? I know he is not from Waterford, or even Michigan. Is the bite history so bad no OES rescue wants to get involved? A dog who presents with as many issues as this one will be hard, if not impossible, to place, not to mention the potential liability. |
sad to say he is not any longer looking for a home |

Probably not good news.... |
This is an older thread. I often wonder what ever happened with Oscar. Can someone provide an update? |
Mark--I don't have any details but I don't think it was a happy outcome. |
