1 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 8-10 ounces of portobello mushrooms, sliced thick 1-2 fresh pears, peeled, cored and sliced thick 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar salt pepper Combine all in crockpot. Cook 4-6 hours on low or until chicken shreds. I served it with baked taties and leftovers tonight will be on brown rice. It sounds weird and sour but it isn't. |

Allison, the balsamic vinegar kinda cancels out the pear taste. The pears are barely noticeable and don't taste pear-y. Don't tell Adam what's in it and he'll like it. |
