| Our Vet wants to know which port we will use to enter Canada. They seem to think there may be different requirements. If we travel thru New York and cross at Buffalo, which port is it? |
| Hi, Your vet is probably referring to which Province you are entering. If you are crossing in the Buffalo area you are crossing into Ontario Province. There are four bridges you can cross from the Buffalo area into Ontario: Peace, Rainbow, Whirlpool Rapids and Lewiston-Queenston Bridges. The most direct crossing to the hotel will be the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge. However watch the highway signs in the area for border crossing times. it is not unusual to have a two hour wait and you can change your route if you see one of the other bridges is a shorter crossing time. Thank you Kathie, she was unsure so she filled out multiple forms  Our map indicates the Peace bridge, hopefully it will all go quickly. |
