| I know both mine tested positive for the mutation for heartworm. They can't take Ivertimin ( spelling?). My Vet said it would take a super high\ does to get a reaction but why chance it? We use Trifexis. For heartworm and it also kills fleas and ticks. I also have used Advantrix flea and tick topical. My male gets an allergic reaction to it and scratches a lot. My female is okay with it. Doomed if you do an doomed if you don't! |
