Like the product but who is going to pick up the grass. So you have to two jobs instead of one |
Who picks up grass? If you cut it often enough, you don't need to pick it up. Decomposes quickly.......unless you have zoysia. Haven't looked at the models carefully, but the double blade makes me think it is trying to be a mulching mower. |
I think it depends on where you live as I need to cut the grass twice a week & thats picking up the grass as well. If you leave the grass the lawn won't be as good I think |
Brick & Zeke would NOT like that mower. Someone gave me an R/C car a few years ago and I used to torment them with it. They hated it and did everything they could to get away from it. |
LOL I can see my dog now... I'd have to wear ear plugs. |
Lori, golf courses and parks do not pick up clippings (except on the golf course green) Clippings recycle quickly as they are full of nitrogen, soft tissue and juicy. The key is you must cut often or use a mulching mower that chops the cuttings into small pieces. Waiting to cut, cutting long pieces and letting them fall would be a problem.....much like leaving hay on the lawn. |
I am going to look into this. What a great robot. |
In Florida neighbors will think it is some new invading creature and call animal control. Think it's cool it has an alarm if someone tries to steal it. Wonder what is "says"? "Put me down you brute?" |
Any idea if a second mortgage would cover the cost, or do I have to wait for an inheritance first! |
No clue, I was missing that part too. At least they are on the market, where there is one, more will follow in the near future......if this one successful. Let's see, automatic mowing, watering, how about fertilizing and poop picking up? |
This is great - we need more the robots! |
The question I have is, why don't they come up with RC mowers . . . so we could get the kids to mow the lawn? |
