Selective aggression

Hi- my almost 3mo old Henri(Henry) has been a very good dog, HOWEVER, there are times (most of the time) when I leave him along with my fiance and I come back to hear her yelling "No Bite" and "OUCH" and "HENRI!!". He really likes to nip at her, but doesn't do it with me. I am guessing this is b/c I am with him every day, all day (I work from home), walk and feed him. I just wanted to get some opinions on how to handles this. She uses the same discipline techniques that I use, but he just doesn't respond to her.
Any advice/suggestions would be most appreciated!

Thanks!

Shaun, we've had a similar situation here. Bailey is never nippy with my husband, and he can be with me. In our case, I'm with him more often (I work from home too). Things have gotten much better since I took out my copy of The Dog Listener and started following it religiously. If your fiancee hasn't read it, get her a copy! However, there are still two times when he'll be nippy with me: 1)whenever he needs to go out, or 2) when my husband and I are cuddled up on the couch or hugging. I'm working on #1 by correcting him, and getting a doggy door. #2 he's just going to have to learn to live with, jealous puppy!
