This is them after that drive: The RV park was right on Corpus Christi Bay so we had lots of walking area to include a fishing pier (we stayed out of the sand): This is the T-head of the fishing pier: We set up 2 30"x16' sectional pens; they seemed to like it all right but weren't thrilled. They didn't spend much time in it at any one visit but were able to sniff around to their hearts' content and play a little: Our last day there we discovered a dog park about 300 yards from out RV. The thing we didn't realize was the field between us was full of burrs! 30 minutes of play resulted in a couple hours of burr removal! All that is left is the final leg home. Trip to the northwest is next! |

Ouch burrs! Hate those! They don't look thrilled with the pen. Mine would have knocked it over. Did not sound like a fun drive home. Glad all home safe and now burr free |
Fun adventure minus the burrs The boys have a rough life Kudos to the driver on the two lane construction route, I cannot imagine |
Quite the interesting trip! Looks really nice once you got to your destination though |
Sand burs? HATE those. Assume any place with sand will have burs. They are turning into great travelers! |
Great pics it looked like you had a great time. Sometimes if you look along the sandbar with the rocks you can see manatees in the water. |
Great pictures! Burrs bad! Cindy |
Fun! Not the burrs though! |
