upset stomach in my puppy of 4 months

Hi..my puppy received her heart worm medicine yesterday and she has been vomiting up since...could this be the problem or the fact she eats bark in our back yard and we have pine trees and she eats some needles also...she was up every 2 hours last night..help

I would contact your vet, OES can be sensitive to heartworm medication.
