Charm had a biopsy today
Originally we thought it was a play wound from the last boxer visit in January. The dried scab just falls off to touch and the circular wound is moist, bloody. We cleaned it and it did not heal. That was in mid February. Last week she had a ten day course of antibiotics but the wound recheck was the same today. Our vet was reassuring but better to remove and send to pathology. Charm was such a good girl that the biopsy was done with local. She has a 4x4 shave on her side and three sutures. Poor baby has to wear a tee shirt to prevent a direct scratch. If that doesn't work, she will be wearing her snow-space suit all week! Naturally, I am worried. My rational self says that it is nothing, but my inner berserk panic personality is clawing to take over. Please keep her in your thoughts this weekend. We should get the report on Tuesday. |

| Thanks everyone, your caring words mean so much Charm is doing very well. She only occasionally wants to scratch, and is wearing the tee shirt without complaint. Wound looks great. I gave her all your hugs and kisses. Just two more days |

| Sorry, was giving our vet till closing to call. They did not receive the report today. That's an additional worry in itself. So appreciate your concern and thanks for worrying with me I'll post ASAP when I hear. |
