I'd have to say its the drugs... Heal up quickly buddy!! Vance |
How old is he? Kristine |
Truman is 10 now. Geez! I hope it's not an age related thing! |
hmmm, 10 is about time things like this can happen...........but I'm going with the drugs. Have you noticed any rear end problems; stiffness, lameness, sore? Arthritis including narrowing of the nerve passages can lead to this. Once the meds are out of his system and he's filled with his regular food, fed on time, he should return to normal. |
Thank you everyone! I suspect the medicine too. However, considering his age, this may happen occasionally. I hope I don't get that problem as time goes by! |
I wasn't thinking meds, but maybe a combination of things like gut being off and given his age and his breed he probably has some spinal arthritis and having him under he's on his back in an awkward position etc etc. Maybe something got pinched and most likely a temporary thing, but possibly foreshadowing what's to come down the road. Not the end of the world if so. My 14 year old had the occasional surprise nugget the last year or so. You get used to it Any other dog probably would have gotten a little embarrassed but she was like: Hey, I'm old, deal with it! Kristine |
Anti_biotics can cause either sloppos or nuggets. I call them Gum nuts here, still love Carls description of especially if your a "Star Wars" fan "Klingons" Hopefully all will be back to normal, no stuck ones or lumpys on the floor as a surprise real soon |
