 this is harley female 6 years old  this is Bucca (bo) male 5 years old  Not on petfinder yet I am swamped but they are with me Under Black Dogs and Company Rescue I am in the process of becoming non profit and web page is not up (by the way I love black dogs and company was added for the OES) I believe one may be headed to NJ mon shhhhhhh........... |

susan I am headed to NM on march 18th I could bring you one  Yes thay are all nice I just have too many dogs LOL But we love them here All are quite nice Micky has food aggression with other dogs so he must be fed alone He has not been eating well I am sure he misses his family. He was taken to a shelter because of this It is very workable Bucca and Harley are just lovesMicky is a big boy 92 lbs!!!!! |

Were you speaking to me in referencing with "hint, hint, hint", on Micky? I have been looking for a rescue OES to add to my "herd" and I have posted a few times. Do you think Micky would get along with another neutered male? I have a 5 yr old bro/sis pair named Bear and Lucie? I was thinking that a female might be better, but what are your thoughts? | Harley was with me for a week as we fostered her but she going back to cindy today. She is one of the sweetest dogs we have ever met. She is well trained and all she wants in life is to her her butt rubbed. We would keep her as chowder loves her but it just wasn't the right fit. She is amazing though!!!! |
| Just a note Harley has mild arthritis in her hips She did not do well on Arielles un carpeted steps So another dog will be found for them NEOESR has offered to pay for any upcoming surgeries (if needed) for who ever adopts her I think suppliments will be all she needs........... |
| Hi, I have been watching this with a heavy heart. Harley (Daria) is back with Black Dog (Cindy), and Micky went home in her place? What is happening with Harley (I may be in a situation to share our home with her). I have 2 stories, but am set up for 1 floor living, 5 stairs to the yard, doggie doors and fenced yard allows 24/7 access for potty & exercise. |
| Harley may have a loving home waiting They are coming to see her fri evening. Harley was returned because the family that org took her loved her so that they wanted her to be comfortable....She is a love and micky needed a home (I am Black Dog and Company rescue) If the family that comes fri evening decide they do not want her You are welcome to fill out an application. | Harley is super sweet. Her main goal in life is to get attention from you! Her hips do not bother her at the moment in the sense that she plays, she tries all stairs, and she wants to get on all furniture. She just struggles with some of it but she keeps trying or looks to you for help. Black Dog and Company rescue is Cindy's rescue. She is from MD and runs her own rescue while working with who knows how many others. She is amazing! So if you do not get Harley, fill out an application anyway! PM her and she will send you everything. |
| I am the regional contact in maryland for OES rescue...I love the breed and have 2. I also have a great love of black dogs They are the last to be adopted and the first to be euth. Google black dog rescue. I have started my own rescue with the help of friends. My husband and I do this on our own Hope to be 501c3 one day The expenses so far from saving dogs has out weighed the finances to apply But one day The company part of the rescue name is for the sheepdogs....... |
