| I had a bitch who lost control of her bladder for the last few years of her life. I tried all the different products and diapers but the best for us was a little belt shaped like an "H" with velcro on the ends. Regular sanitary or incontinence pads would stick onto the middle bar of the "H" and the one side would wrap around the tummy, the other would go around the legs and attach back to the H base. Hard to describe. Unfortunately I haven't seen them since she passed on. There is a denim pant that will hold either a diaper section or sanitary pad. Of course it must be removed for nature calls. The regular disposable diaper worked OK but made noise which she didn't like.
