http://www.eaoesclub.com/showresults2013.htm Now for the new arrival......Introducing my new Russian Import "Nelson" (that is what they named him although I think I may change that to something more Russian sounding) Here he is at 10 weeks old. And as a baby Any ideas for a name? |
|
I'm not 100% on how naming goes- will he get the kennel name "Blueshire" in front, or does he keep his Russian kennel of origin name? If he gets to be "Blueshire", why not "Blushire's From Russia With Love"? |
Love the baby picture! He looks like a teddy bear. |
Oh, he''s a cutie |
Congratulations! Both in the winner and the newbie. As for name, I just started reading a book written by Archimandrite Tikhon......how about Tikhon? (yes, Russian name) |
Congratulations! As for names for your new boy: Maxim- 'the greatest' Nikita- 'unconquerable' (this IS a boy's name in Russian, not a girls name) Feliks- 'happy' or 'lucky' Kazimir- 'commands peace' |
Congratulations Amber! On both! Your new arrival is beautiful! I like Kim's suggestion Kazimir! |
He's sooooooo cute!!!! Ivan....my dad's name Basil Baltazar (just kidding!) |
Blueshire's Boris? I also like the name Ivan. I should have human babies, just to name them. Although I am guessing that there is more to having human babies than the naming. |
What a sweet pup you have. Congrats as well on the win. |
Congrats and all great name suggestions! Cindy |

That news is FANTASTIC!!! I am SO proud of you Amber! And I have to say that you are just super "best in breed" in how you give just as much attention and care in the sheepdogs you give to "just pet" people like me and Kim, who never had a dog before, as you do with the hotshot international breeders and showers (and celebrities ) who want your dogs. We are so lucky to have you breeding sheepdogs! |
Congratulations to all!!! As for a name, no idea, but he certainly is handsome. Will we get to meet him in May??? |
Congratulations, Amber. That is fantastic!!! And good luck with your new boy. Not very good in the naming department - I always end up getting help. But looking forward to seeing what he ends up being called Kristine |
Congrats on the really nice win!! Adorable baby too. I'm not a good namer either...but you have several really good suggestions! |
Congratulations!! He's gorgeous!! I like "Blueshire's From Russia with Love" too - call name: "Tolstoy" (moral thinker, social reformer). |
Congratulations on the big win, he's a beauty Glad to see a excellent quality sheepdog can be spotted by the Judges from the sidelines. Keep up the good work on producing beautiful sheepies for show, breeding and family friends. |

Awww how adorable x My boy names are: SPYRO YOSHI DIGGER CRASH BANDIT BAXTER RANGER BUSTER and CHILLI If I hadn't called Bloo Bloo i would have called him Spyro Good luck he is a cutie pie xxx |
Congraaaaaaaaats!!! And that new pup.........oh my gooooodness. I love him!!! |
congratulations and your new boy is gorgeous! |
I like "From Russia with Love" too! As a everyday name idea, my favorite Russian boys name is Dima...short for "Dmitri" |
Congratulations on such a nice win Great name suggestions too. I'm sure you will let us know the final decision |
Congrats on the win! Wow the boy from Russia is amazing! What a handsome boy! |
Congrats on the win! Was he born in Russia and you imported him? That intrigues me--I never thought of Russia as a place where champion dogs are from. |
And as a baby Oh look......"nose" heart for Valentine's day! |

He is Reata lines and they have very well known showdogs all over the world. Sooo.....his name is Nikolas. It was between Roman, Kazimir and Nikolas and my son wanted Nikolas. We let him choose since Brandon & this pup are tied to the hip. Nik is his buddy and goes wherever he goes. It's quite cute For those going to the Shindig he will be there for everyone to meet. |
He's gorgeous! And I love the name! |
Love the name and looking forward to meeting him at the Shindig. |
Love the name and can't wait to meet him at the Shindig!! |
