DH took her for a walk early this morning. I stayed in bed He came home laughing. He said that Tiggy was full of beans. Eh, what's new!! And that she was determined to have a looong walk. They walked around an oval along part of the public golf course and then came back and did a lap of a second oval. DH was heading back to the car, Tiggy was running around with her squeaky ball. DH realised Tiggy wasn't with him. He looked back and she was sitting in the middle of the oval quite a distance away (yes he's slow to notice stuff). She had dropped her ball at her feet and she was just sitting up nice and straight and staring at him. I've seen that behaviour many a time, it means she wants something. She knew he was headed for the car. He went back for her and she picked up her ball and did her excited squeaking of it whilst running around him in circles. He thinks it really cute and she knows it. He threw the ball some more for her and they did another lap of the oval. He was happily telling me the story and saying how she really wanted a long walk and how they had fun, blah, blah. Wish I had a picture of the look on his face when I said, "she did a great job training you." His face: My face: |
