The La Quinta Inn here near me is our host hotel for the Sheep-In and I've gotten nothing but rave reviews by our attendees about the hotel, staff and grounds. As a result, I alway tell those traveling with pets to hit up La Quinta. Vance |
I use them frequently for dog shows. I have always had positive results. They have always honored my requet for a ground floor room due my knee handicap & I like the room doors opening into an interior hall. It was great for the time I had to take José along to the dog show with me when we were doing rehab for his TPLO surgery. I could get his walking exercise in by using the interior hallways & not worry about the weather outside! Room sizes are nice too for multiple dogs. |
We stayed at one in Greensboro NC recently. The room was very clean, and the staff loved Charm. |
A bunch of us stayed at a La Quinta in Rochester, NY for Nationals several years ago. Turns out we got a great deal, as it was newer, cleaner and more reasonable than the designated host hotel. And the staff was way above and beyond accommodating. One young man who worked at the desk even did some research for a group of us who wanted to visit the Erie Canal - he found a nearby town with access and lots of fun tourist stuff. Martha and Chewie modelling their beds! Martha, Harry and Chewie - Fairport Liftbridge over the Canal |
Not only for their "doggie room" but also for their handicap rooms...tho that varies somewhat. I like La Quinta. |
