I always do that and haven't had a problem. ...just be ready to bake it longer. I actual prefer my dough to be in the fridge first to prevent any chance of them flattening. |
speaking of cookie dough....do you think its bad that my boss gave me a box of chocolate chip cookies..uncooked....and i have eaten several of them but have yet to actually bake narry a one... |

Dough is fine refrigerated over nite. I've even frozen it. Darcy, you are suppose to cook choc chip dough? I much prefer the dough to the finished cookie. |
Yes...I have that exact dough in my freezer from two weekends ago. I just cook for an extra minute or two, but keep an eye on them |
