What is a grass seed? Maybe he is limping a bit because he is still sore from the surgery? Don't know if you have it there but Dermanex ( spelling) is what I give when my dog is limping...and we supplement with some Glycoflex. Hope he feels better soon. |
Bennett lucked out - our vet was able to find it and remove under a local. But he did develope an allergy to grass, not fair to a dog. Good luck at the vets. Finger's crossed that it has something to do with the way he was positioned for surgery and it clears up on its own. |
So it appears as though Bax has put his hip out - possibly while he stressed a little after he came out of the anesthetic. No apparent cause during his examination which is a relief. More anti inflammatory tabs and try to keep him quiet! No mean feat let me tell you. Back to the vet on Monday though just for a quick check. Phew thanks for the best wishes. Oh and a grass seed is actually dried spear grass that are vicious and very painful things when picked up by pets and generally requires some sort of surgical procedure to remove them! |
