Took Sprox for his first booster jab today. Had general check up-he didn't like his temperature being taken and the vet found a slight heart murmer. Have to go and get checked in 6 months time. It was either missed on his puppy jabs or it wasn't there then. His weight was good,32.47 kilo and vet decided wasn't much wrong with him when she sat on the floor and Sprocket was sitting on her lap "washing" her. Dougal, his litter brother had his check and booster as well (daughter's sheepie) and he was fine. Sprocket was the last of the litter to be born,he had to push a still-born pup out so he could get out,he nearly didn't make it. He is so very special because of that, the breeder had formed an attatchment to him and has regular updates and photos as if he were hers. |

The murmur may go away as the little one matures. Much is happening inside the puppy, do not rush to think there are problems. It may correct itself over time. |
Yes, they do outgrow many of these. How old is he now? |

Sprocket is now 13 months old. He has turned into "the dog from hell" when out on walks and we go past the farm + gardens that have had dogs in them that have barked at him. All his very good heel work on a loose slip lead goes "out the window". We don't meet dogs walking that we can walk with.Seems he is frightened-barks and tries to run.x |
