| I just finished watching Season 2, and got my husband to start watching as well. he's 5 episodes from being done, and we hope to be able to watch Season 3 together when it starts. We love the show! I tried to read the first book several years ago, and couldn't get into it. I've re-purchased it, but am hesitant to start reading. I don't want to get ahead of the show, and ruin all the wonderful plot points!!! |
| I've read the books multiple times and got to see season 1 on-demand and season 2 as it aired last year because ATT Uverse gave me HBO free for 6 months due to screw-ups. Unfortunately they have not messed anything up yet this year and I'm still debating on if I want to pay for it or wait for DVDs lol! |

| I haven't read the books nor watched the show, although it is the kind of thing that appeals to me. But do I read the books first? If I really enjoy the books I won't want to watch the show (still can't bring myself to watch the Hobbit or any of the Rings movies). |
| I think I'm going to finish the TV show, and then read the books. That way, even if the HBO series is over, I still have so much to look forward to! |

I'm no prude, but I don't usually care for that much sexually graphic content in my television without it serving a purpose with the story. It wasn't until I got the flu this winter followed by a sinus infection, and found myself on the couch looking for something to watch did I get hooked. HBO had both seasons available On Demand, and I devoured it. Then I got Adam to give it another try, and he's hooked too. He went out last night to buy the DVDs, so he has them all when HBO On Demand takes them down again. |

This was one of the few times I didn't mind watching a show after reading the books... yes they have to condense the story but they did such a great job with the characters and scenery that I really didn't mind. Both are worth reading/watching if you like the fantasy genre. Also, beautiful work Allison!!!!! |

That was awesome to not know what was going to happen. WOW!! Hurry and watch because the internet is a blaze with spoilers and people going nuts. I had to watch as soon as possible and advert my eyes when someone was talking about it on facebook etc. Just was a really great episode is all I am saying.  |

| Tonight's the season finale! We're getting ready for San Diego Comic Con, and I'm making a new sketchbook. My old one was Star Wars themed... the front cover  and the back  My new one will be Game of Thrones themed. I just finished the art for the back cover, though I've begun thinking maybe I should use it for the front  |

| Thanks guys; the front cover concept was "A Game of Bones" and was going to feature Tonks on the Iron Throne, gnawing on the crown made of antlers. I just fear it won't be as eye catching as this back cover art. But I do like the title of it better for the title of my sketchbook. Hopefully I'll get it drawn this week, so I can show you. |
I went through with it, and I'm really happy with the results!  I also added a last minute, extra illustration on the inside of the back cover; the idea just made me laugh, so I had to go through with it...  |

| I did! Kittens on the back, the throne on the front. It's at the printers as we speak!!! |
