| It's pronounced lie-rah, like the constellation. She was bred by Cathy Drummonds. Her dam is CH Ken-Bear's Written in the Stars (Star) and her sire is CH Bugaboo's Big Puff of Smoke (Slater). |

Most likely she'll be a therapy dog and possibly a performance dog. We shall see. Nelson isn't terribly amused. Since we have a revolving door with fosters going in and out, he doesn't usually mind an interloper. He's already sensed something different about this girl. Maybe she's not leaving???  We have a foster currently that's okay with Lyra so that takes the burden off Nelson. At least someone else has a puppy hanging off their ears instead of him.  Sisters can be such pests!  |

Chewie read this, and he thinks mom and dad should have a foster sheepdog so HIS puppy has another dog (besides himself) to have hanging from ears.  He takes it and takes it....then finally puts him in his place and pins him and makes him squeak!! |
