Is she drinking less? |
My Grandma's border collie is 13 and she goes out once or twice a day; my Grandpa claims that this is a perk to having an older dog. When she was younger she wanted to go exploring and now is content to stay inside and hang out with her people. They said her eating and drinking have slowed down a little as she ages but they figure its because her serious high energy days are behind her. |
Her eating and drinking have stayed the same, she's slowed down but not her appetite. When I open the door, she looks out and than walks the other direction. |
Our Fred was just the same-he was 12,he looked outside and decided was nicer indoors. He went all night and then often until lunch time the next day before he would go out in to the garden. He ate and drank plenty. When he did pee,it was like a lake!x |
My Baley has a bladder of steel I think! He just turned 10 and I have to beg him to go out once a day! He eats and drinks normally, actually I think he is eating more than usual but stays trim and lean. He just doesn't want to go out to potty! |
