We haven't seen the sun since Oct. 26, which was 11 days ago, thanks to Sandy. First with her own clouds & rain, then the clouds & rain that came in as lake effect due to her, and then because we had so much clouds & rain, all that moisture got trapped in the lower atmosphere causing what? Yep, more clouds & rain. The sun is too low in the sky & too weak to burn off the moisture in the atmosphere. |

We don't even have that excuse here in MN, lots of clouds here too.Yesterday the sun peeked out for a bit. Surprise! ....then right back to clouds. |
Don't know how you do it!! One day without instense sun and I'm getting edgy. Forecast for four days of partly cloudy weather starting tomorrow.......partly had better be partly |

yeah and you get wet stuff falling from the sky too.......and air thick enough to cut. My dogs are afraid of precipitation as it is so rare and I'm not normal unless my skin is scaled from dryness. |
I hate the sun. After enduring the hottest summer of in my life, with over 100 days of sun, I'll be happy if I never see it again. A cloudy day feels like spring to me, a re-birth. Keep your sun, thankyouverymuch. |
I love the sun. Living in Michigan most of my life, I really do apprecate every sunny day I have in Florida. I'm happy your sun came back. |
Paula, summer heat and humidity, no wonder the sun is not your friend. Heat is hot, but humid heat is unbearable. PS....someone stole our golden orb this a.m. Send it back. |
And our local weather people are talking high 60s for temps over the weekend. Awesome. It's been cold, damp, & dreary around here since Sandy hit. Too bad the NYSDOT already salted some of the highways around here. That ticked me off. If they hadn't salted, I would have been able to take a nice car out for a cruise, but that seems over until next spring. Sigh. |
