Why, you ask? Let me tell you. My mother left her condo to me and my sister. The condo is paid for. We are letting our shiftless brother live there for no rent, but he has to pay his expenses including the taxes. My sister has control of his money so she knows where every dime is going. His money is limited though and we told him when the money runs out, he can have the condo and do with it what he wants. He has decided that time is now. My sister and I will not sell the condo under our names because we refuse to deal with the albatross that is 55 miles from me and 125 from her.
