Earthquake and Tsunami Warning: Canada & Alaska

Ok here  We are much further North (also high up in the mountains) than the affected area. Sitka is the big worry, as far as Alaska is concerned. |

 Wow, I just heard on the news ( C.Cruz from Hawai) that people walks from the bars and down to the beach - to look at the waves........ So lets hope the tsuname doesn't show up!  |

| I saw that early this morning when up for work. Glad to see it amounted to nothing...but with a tsunami, you don't have time to check it out and decide!! |
| There was one issued for Washington state too but they were more worried about Hawaii. We have tsunami sirens in Wa where I live. |
